Ignite Partnership LLC ("Company", "we", "us") operates BriefGTM.com ("Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Information you provide: First name, email address, and product-related inputs submitted through the intake form (product name, category, price point, description, target audience, differentiator, competitive context, and launch parameters).
Payment information: Processed directly by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVVs, or full card details on our servers. We receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID from Stripe.
Automatically collected: Standard web analytics (page views, browser type, IP address) for service improvement.
We use your information to generate your launch brief via the Anthropic Claude API, process your payment via Stripe, send transactional emails (brief delivery, purchase confirmation) and marketing emails via Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), improve the Service, and communicate with you about your account or brief.
Anthropic (Claude API): Your form inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your brief. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to API inputs. Per Anthropic's commercial API terms, inputs are not used to train their models.
Stripe: Handles payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Brevo: Handles email delivery and CRM. Subject to Brevo's Privacy Policy.
Unpaid previews: Form inputs and preview output are retained for 90 days, then automatically deleted.
Paid briefs: Form inputs, brief output, and diagnostic are retained permanently so you can access your brief at any time. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Email addresses: Retained in our CRM until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
We implement reasonable security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure payment processing via Stripe, and access controls on our database. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
EU residents (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing is contractual necessity (to deliver your brief) and legitimate interest (to improve the Service). You may exercise your rights by contacting us.
We use essential cookies for session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
