These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BriefGTM.com ("Service"), operated by Ignite Partnership LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
BriefGTM provides AI-generated product launch strategy briefs. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user inputs and generate strategic recommendations. All output is generated by AI and should be treated as a starting point for your own strategic planning, not as professional consulting advice.
Launch Briefs are priced at $499 per brief. Payment is processed through Stripe. A free preview is available before purchase. Each $499 purchase includes the full strategic brief, an execution checklist, an input diagnostic, and up to 3 free revisions.
All sales are final. We offer up to 3 free revisions per paid brief to ensure satisfaction. If you experience a technical issue that prevents brief delivery, contact us at lumi@briefgtm.com and we'll resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
The strategic frameworks, DNA markers, routing logic, and prompt engineering behind BriefGTM are proprietary to Ignite Partnership LLC. You receive a license to use the content of your generated brief for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the briefs or the underlying methodology.
All briefs are generated by AI models. While we engineer our prompts to produce specific, actionable, and high-quality output, the briefs are not a substitute for professional marketing, legal, or financial advice. Budget allocations, timelines, and strategic recommendations are suggestions based on the inputs you provide and the frameworks encoded in our system. You are responsible for validating all recommendations before acting on them.
You agree to provide accurate information in the intake form. The quality of your brief depends directly on the quality and specificity of your inputs. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to submit inputs that are defamatory, fraudulent, or infringing on third-party rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ignite Partnership LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific brief in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
